Inventory Analyst


Summary:
The Inventory Analyst will analyze and manage inventory and supply chain processes.
They will monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize procurement.
They will track data (KPI) to improve operational efficiency and provide insights to management.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Maintain physical and digital inventory and other logistics processes via cycle counting.
Manages a material forecast.
Reconciles inventory per company schedule.
Manage material lead times and critical on hand counts.
Implement new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.
Ensure that quality, quantity, and customer satisfaction are met.
Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
Be able to lift 50lbs.
Provide support for the building of bullet resistant materials and fixtures as needed by the operations and project management team.
Manage daily expectations and deadlines using rolling action item list, and team sync meetings.

Inventory counts must be managed accurately as it directly relates to the P&L of the company.
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, or related field strongly preferred 3
years of experience in an Supply Chain or Inventory Management roles Frequently move equipment weighing up to 60 pounds.
Ability to lift 25-pound bags, pails or boxes to a height of 3-4 feet.
Ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly, such as a respirator for part or most of the day.
Work Environment:
Office:
This job takes place in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
Office employees are required to wear safety glasses, safety shoes, and a highly visible vest at all times in production areas and labs.
Will be in production area and office area equally as needed to complete work processes.
